    Kat's class is perfect for people like me who work at a desk all day. Love the focus on mobility and stretching. It's great for people of all workout levels. Kat checked in with all attendees to understand where our bodies were at, even the online participants. Her instructions were clear and well paced. I plan to attend more of her classes in the future.

    Great class! Boot camp style with 4 different stations that you rotate through. The instructor was very clear, very supportive and ran the class efficiently. The studio is big and the change rooms were spacious & had lots of products. I love the stretching area!

    Grounded [Pilates] in the Park

    This was a kick ass class. Challenging in a very good way. Will come back. This is located in the space above Lululemon. The front door is locked so you have to make sure you're there BEFORE class starts so the instructor can sign you in and let you up. all equipment is provided, including mats. The lavender infused cold towel at the end of class was a really nice touch.

    Amazing class where an instructor actually helps you to do it right by correcting and asking for feedback. The class was a full body workout with weights. This lunch class had a very community like feel with the friendly instructor and great customer service from the front desk.
