    IN-STUDIO - Express Yoga / Open Level

Georges is a generous genius of a yoga instructor. I am so grateful for his beautiful, challenging, creative, humanistic, playful, well orchestrated classes. His loving kindness opens everyone up to the totality. He always offers the perfect prompts to tailor alignment and then to facilitate a flow state. He meets people where they are and yet we all leave stronger, happier, more confident and more vibrant from the experience.

    Candlelit Restorative

I’ve never had such a wonderful, safe, peaceful, and FUN time practicing as I did with Charlie last night. I’ve been having a string of rough weeks, and they were so kind and gentle with me. No one else showed up, so I had the class to myself, and we worked on what I had requested. Their instruction was clear, and the flow they led me through helped me let go of a lot of tension. I truly do feel restored and seen, and I hope to take more classes with Charlie soon.

Flow and Restore Yoga for Women's Health

I loved this yoga class so much! Tara is wonderful — and the space is so intimate and beautiful. I feel like a lot of yoga classes in NYC are super rushed and hectic — focused on generating a “burn” rather than teaching you the movements and providing mental recuperation. But after Tara’s class, I truly felt restored/healed🫶

    Beginning Bouldering Technique

Instructors were very friendly and encouraging. Class size was small, around 8 people. Learned some new techniques and was able to spend the rest of the day climbing after.
