see all reviewsCoach Micki is so genuine with such a great energy. The class was a good level of challenge and I loved the meditation at the end for a cooldown. We did burpees, squats and jumping jacks as warmup and progressed to various total body weight and band exercises. I got a good sweat and had fun doing it.
