see all reviewsCarolyn had really great cues and her pacing was in alignment with my full breath, which I appreciate because anymore these days I find that classes go far too fast. Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

see all reviewsThis class was a vibe. I loved that the instructor let us pull an oracle card from her deck before class. The room lighting was soothing. Super relaxing and slow paced. Pro-tip: get to class early because street parking is a gamble and you might end up parking a block away. It's near Colfax, so stay alert when you leave class late at 9:30pm.
