see all reviewsThe hot yoga is great work out for a beginner, some postures that I’ve seen on television are way harder than what it looks like 😅. There is one instructor and one assistance in their class, which is good as this is only my second time taking a proper yoga class. The assistance correct the postures and address our issue according to the form filled before the class. However, a full hour class can be a bit long for me, hot yoga is seriously hot inside, might need some time to get use to it 😅
