The vibe was so chill… Usually restore or Yin yoga is too “slow” for me but this one is a perfect combination of stillness & movements & stretching. The trainer paid great attention to my movements that was really helpful and he played the piano so beautifully.. it was super relaxing and meditative. Would surely love to come again! I ended up covering my eyes with the blanket due to the light from the outside not allowing me to fully relax and the gong noises got a bit too loud at times and had to plug my ears. It was an interesting experience but if you get overstimulated especially by sound, be aware of it before going in. I will do it again but will be ready for the loud noises next time hehe
