see all reviewsAnnalisa explains well & takes time to correct everyone, which is very helpful. varied workout, nice playlist. Comparing the shapesty instructors I would put her workout in the intermedium range of challenging, hence great for beginners. Personally prefer the more tougher ones 🙃
