    SLOW STRETCH (IN-PERSON)

    A little bit of flow and gentle poses. Some warrior, tree, triangle, back bends. No pigeon which is my favourite yoga stretch but it was a more shoulder focused stretch. Sandra gave lovely cues and lots of options. Great to take some time to be mindful and connect with your body.

    Liana is a great instructor. She takes the time to be serious and improve your form but also jokes around to make being there comfortable. She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers. Although this place might look sort of intimidating at first it is well worth your time.
