    Wonderful first experience! I went on a Friday which is one of their strength days with a challenge at the end. The first lower body strength section will feel quite doable if you’re a frequent Pilates goer. The circuit challenge at the end killed me! Will be back for sure.

    Great class, always a big fan of Liana. I always appreciate her attention to form. My only gripe is that sometimes during certain exercises you end up standing around watching another classmate improve their form or take their turn for too long. I wish Liana would offer simple exercises to do for the in between waiting time so you felt like you were getting a full work out.

    This is my favourite new workout! SO challenging, I'm already sore everywhere. I love the antigravity machine- makes each move really hard but low impact. Troy is a great instructor and gives individual guidance. It's like having your own personal trainer.

    Jeff is great - very welcoming and encouraging. The class was mostly cardio/conditioning (all body weight) and not much core, but it kept my heart rate up. Good for someone looking for a sweat, but not an advanced athlete looking for conditioning.

    You hold 3-5 poses, some static and some dynamic, over the course of an hour. Very personalized attention and care. It was my first time at the studio and Adrian was very welcoming. He gave me the spiel and I didnt feel intimidated at all by the newness of what I would be doing. Highly recommend! Will be back!
