    Clarence was incredible. He was so responsive to my level and offered assistance when I was starting a new series of exercises. All activities had a beginner starting point and he was helpful when I didn’t know which weights to choose. I super appreciate the emphasis on quality form and precision over quantity and reps. As someone new to weight training and probably over emphasizing cardio ( soccer is my main sport atm) all my life, this is the perfect compliment to my life style. It truly feels like personal training! Thank you Clarence!
