She started the class having everyone share their names and things they enjoy, and I appreciate the thought and care she showed throughout the class. She encouraged us to bring our own vibe to the movements, and it was empowering to feel capable of adding flair even at the beginning level.

Can’t say enough good things about Monica. She is very enthusiastic, sweet and supportive. The 90min class began with a stretch/warmup and went into choreography with breakdowns of each move. I had a lot of fun and learned a lot! Great sweat, great music, beautiful space! Looooove Monica and RNNL Dance!

Love the studio, the classes, the instructors, the atmosphere. I had an issue registering for classes at first using the ClassPass. I was told the problem was due to a technical issue from the studio. I made them aware and they were so understanding and allow me to attend the class. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I already told many of my co-workers about it and we made a trip to a class. Yay!
