    Adore this class. Great playlist, no nonsense strength training that doesn’t feel boring. I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

    Good class - could make it harder or easier based on experience level. Just be aware that the check-in process to this YMCA is lengthy and they require way more information than most places - get there 15 minutes early.

    Low Impact

    Violet is an exceptional instructor! A true low impact class. I still worked up a sweat being low impact and I am very happy I am leaving without any pain or injury. I’ll be back.
