There were a few instructions that were slightly confusing but I think she did a good job of correcting the explanation if she realized people weren’t getting it. Great energy and called everyone out by name when they were doing something well!

see all reviewsReally good! Super unique. My first time and I’d absolutely do it again. It takes a bit of coordination, which I don’t have, but I got the hang of it. Also uses the shoulders, and I had to make adjustments to that for me. The instructor was great on so many levels.
