    I was the only one in class today and Gretchen gave me a private! She did it with me, so I wouldn’t feel awkward, and she was a great great instructor. She gave really good corrections, and it was a hard but good, full body workout :) I definitely recommend

    Great class!! Got such a good sweat and felt different that traditional barre - more variety throughout the class. Instructor gets very close to you so that was something to get used to for sure. Also there’s a breathing exercise at the end that I enjoyed! Would go again!
