There were no typical yoga poses. More stretching and releasing energy. Panida was awesome, such a light and great leader for this class :)

He shared with me the etiquette of the sport and took me step by step with each warm up and allowed me to go at my pace to make sure I was performing the skill thoroughly. He has a wealth of knowledge on the history and reasoning behind every aspect of jiu jitsu. Made me feel very comfortable as a first timer to the studio.
