see all reviewsWhat I pleasure to be lead by Zephyr, someone who is so very anatomically aware and this was so evident in the questions she asked of those with injuries, suggesting standing with feet hip width apart and bending knees or raising the toes as a way to better tilt the pelvis. I loved the philosophy and the meditation. I felt fantastic afterwards!

see all reviewsThis is one of the best meditation yoga session I attended as I cannot be still for more than an hour. The high ceiling helps and I could see the beautiful clouds and sun. Louise is energetic, caring and loving! She helped every single attendees and attentive to their needs. She kept coming to remind me for not tilting my head to one side which I greatly appreciate. Emma who assisted the class is very helpful too. I love Louise’s powerful and nurturing voice. 90 minutes passed by so quickly. I would definitely visit when I am in London. If all wellness practitioners have their love and energy, there will be more attendees who will join meditation classes.

see all reviewsRobin was awesome! The class vibe is over the roof, Robin is keeping a great atmosphere motivating people and clearly stating instructions which is very important. The room set up is dark with disco looking lights which follow the music beat nicely. Robin is mixing the music live for the class bringing uniqueness to the training. I have been training for a year, however, only done a spinning class once in the past. This class made me sweat a lot and have a high pulse, it is very intense cardio. Easy check in to the gym, everything is clean and organized. Totally recommend it.

see all reviewsThis was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.
