    Ecstatic Dance

    Amazing experience! Deep and fun at the same time. Deep - as it heals the armour protection we people put in ourselves in everyday life. Dancing and moving together helps removing it, at least a bit. Fun- jumping into the river and then sauna, and then again, heals the body and refills the energy., Absolutely a worth experience!!

    I like very much the energy brought by Serena! She explained the movements in a very vivid and easy to understand way. She was also patient to help correct the movements and encouraging when she saw your body building up. I love it and will definitely come back!!❤️❤️❤️

    The dance was very cool and well choreographed but two things… it was definitely not a class for beginners and there was no space to dance. They should really consider letting less people in or adding another class during the week to avoid such a tight space.
