see all reviewsClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Reclamo: Sin embargo, tuve una experiencia desagradable durante la pausa entre las clases. Fui a llenar mi botella de agua y, al preguntar dónde podía hacerlo, la recepcionista Iolanda me informó que debía usar el lavabo del baño. Ella justificó diciendo que la escuela de danza no tiene la obligación de ofrecer bebederos ni de vender agua a los alumnos. Cuando expresé mi desacuerdo, sentí que no fui tratada con amabilidad. Al final, cuando me despedí diciendo “buenas tardes”, la recepcionista ni siquiera me miró ni respondió, lo cual considero una falta de respeto y atención básica al cliente. Espero que este punto pueda ser revisado, ya que la experiencia general en la escuela fue excelente, pero pequeños detalles como este pueden afectar la percepción de un lugar tan bueno.

At points, some of the routines felt a little bit basic or repetitive, and in others it felt like the instructor could have given more information eg: could have said starting on left/right or announcing before the movement changed.
