    Heard a lot about Barry’s and wanted to give it a shot! They really do a great job with the ambience, it’s very motivating to work out hard. It’s basically mini circuits alternating between treadmill and floor / weights. The big factor is the vibe - space / music / atmosphere and Gio’s instruction!

    Foundation50: Build Your Basics

    I had done a few starter/intro classes which I felt comfortable in, but was nervous to take it to the next level. I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes.
