    Boxing 45

First time taking a boxing class and it was so much fun. The place is clean and had a nice layout. I felt welcomed coming in, was kindly introduced to the space and was shown how to throw basic punches. I brought my own gloves and towel. I purchased a pair of hand wraps and was helped to apply them. The class is beginner friendly and was able to go at my own pace. The coach clearly demonstrated each boxing combo and showed proper form. It was fun and had a great sweat session. Highly recommend for anyone who's new to this kind of workout like me and love to get a good sweat on.

Michelle is such a great teacher! I really liked the blend of Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates. She’s very good at cueing the poses and utilizing our breath. I felt the energy build! Beautiful gym and can’t wait to come back! I hope to see more of her classes on the schedule.
