    This is my second time taking this Wednesday evening class at Mosaic Sterling and I am really loving the sleepy, calm and peaceful energy of the space. The instructor has a way about him that creates comfort and ease when he guides the room into a reflective and relaxed practice. I leave feeling the buzz from my mind quietened and centred. I appreciate the movements from the flow at the beginning as they help to push out any tension or energy that needs to be released. It is a class that offers a balanced experience with an emphasis on spirituality/healing and going at your own pace wherever you are :)

    The class was beginner-friendly and Randi was chill. The staff were all friendly as well and the building was cozy. I appreciate the silence in the practice room a lot and everyone was respectful leading up to, during, and after the practice. I left feeling so relaxed, peaceful, and grounded. Looking forward to returning.
