    I really enjoyed this class and the instructor is great! This was my first rowing class, and I arrived a couple minutes late so I wasn’t sure if I was doing things correctly, but it was good cardio, and I can feel it in my back today. The space is really nice, and the locker rooms, though small (only two showers in women’s locker room), we’re nice!
