    Technique & Conditioning

I’ve been loving the morning classes at Zombie. Evening classes are great but morning ones, due to the size of class, the instructor is able to give you more attention and correct the small mistakes that might be hard to catch in a bigger class. Lance is a great and dedicated instructor AND has always the best playlists! Thank you!!!

    Lastics Stretch Technique

Great class. There was alot of one on one attention which was very helpful. Definitely a good stretch in my lower body which I needed after taking a spin class.

    Boxing - All Levels

Harold is great. He works on your form and he is Southpaw / left handed friendly, giving instructions that are clear for both southpaw and orthodox (other instructors may just tell the left-handed people to “just do the opposite”). Love his classes.

Eagle Claw Kung Fu /Martial Arts

Mind blowing to find traditional kung fu class in the middle of Manhattan. And you get a lot of attention because there are Shifu Dario as well as Shifu Julie. It is a fun class for both experienced students and newbies, because they have 4 sections in each class and everyone can learn something new.

The scan process was very easy, staff was friendly and helpful, and I got my scan results in probably less than 10 minutes. If I want to do one of these again I will definitely go back!

    Movement + Mobility Class

Tim and his class was so wonderful. Tim has the best sense of humor as did the other people in the class. My body and mind needed this class and I am definitely going back. It may not be for everyone, but as someone who craves a personal connection to the instructor and people in the class, this is what I have been looking for. There is nothing intimidating about this class. I mean the one thing that brings everyone together is we’re all working on our mobility.
