    3D Fit Scan Body Composition Analysis - 5 mins

    As everyone else has shared, the staff were super nice! However, as much as I was worrying I’d be the person that got 0 on the body scan due to errors and reminded myself to double-check before I leave—trying out other machines got me forgotten, and indeed mine was the one with all the 0 🥲. Overall, still really nice to tryout their services and still recommend, just if you’re doing the body scan, check the result before you go!!

    LOVED Jordyn’s energy. She kept asking us if we trust her, and while it was my first class with her — I did! And I loved that language. I also appreciated how she went over to the newbies to welcome them at the beginning and even checked in during class. Made everyone feel welcome. It was a themed class so the playlist was great — but I’d definitely take another one of her classes.

    Great music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

    The class was great and the studio space is really nice! After the class they email you your “class rank.” I think it’s helpful to get your personal stats, but your ranking in the class emailed to you seems like it’s just going to make most people feel bad. We’re all on our own journeys to improvement!
