see all reviewsMaggie is superb! I often find that lagree coaches get certified and then start working without and education on muscle engagement and activation, but not Maggie. She perfectly programmed a series to burn out muscles in a functional way while building us up mentally the entire time! I wish more instructors had her expertise!
