see all reviewsIt was a nice crowd in the studio. I wasn't sure about the facilities in the beginning but the staff tries to keep it clean and nice. The class is busy but Tom and Lou is very attentive to everyone to make sure their form and doing the workout routines safe. It was a really good workout overall and felt learned a lot more and I can see why people come back to F45 in general - community and good training no gimmick of disco lights but just pure workout sesh with good music!

Nothing to do with this specific class but I don't understand why 1R is now encouraging members to create reels. I really don't want phones to be used in classes or even worse, in the changing rooms. Exercise is one of the few occasions we can actually disconnect and not be distracted by phones and I used to love that about 1R classes that phone use was banned. Please go back to that!
