    Full Body - Half Capacity

    This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

    Milky always teaches a great class but today was FANTASTIC!!! It had a cardio element to it and we never stopped moving. I burned over 500 calories, a record for a barre class for me. Can’t wait to take her class again next week.

    Love the format of this class. We use weights and various cardio equipment. Workouts seem easy on paper and then by minute 4, you realize how much theyre kicking your butt. Emily is encouraging, down to earth, and really nice.
