    Sweat-Strength 60

I love Sweat and the instructor was wonderful, but I do wish the description had been a bit more specific about what kind of workout it'd be - I'm not a big fan of barre/pilates so this wasn't exactly my cup of tea. Not complaining, just a preference: it was a great workout and I'd recommend if you're looking for that!

    SKY TING Yoga

First time at Sky Ting. Lovely, calming atmosphere and great class- lots of great heart opening and hamstring loosening, great twists and creative ways in and out of poses. Challenging but not super cardiovascular, which was perfect for me today. I will be back!

    #HipHopSundays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

This studio is amazing compared to union square and Flatiron. Way more spacious, huge locker area, showers, and the yoga studio itself has way more room. The instructor also turned on the fans at the end of the 3rd flow which was great. Really like the improvements to their concept made at this location!

    BlacklightSpark

This was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

    POWER in 45!

Great cueing to help you engage and do the movements correctly. room was not as hot as I would have liked, and did detract from my heart rate rising. could just be the first day of winter, and that the room wasn't heated as well.

Great class with a clear focus on alignment. I felt strong, stretchy, and challenged. Jamies cues were clear and precise and helped me to deepen into each pose and check my own alignment. Her occasional readjustments were welcome and helpful. Good energy!

    Slow Intermediate Simonson

Gail is a knowledgeable instructor who gave excellent personalized feedback, and I enjoyed her choreography. But, Gibney cut the class short by 30 minutes because they wanted the room for something else! It's unfair for the instructor and students to have the class cut short by a significant 30 minutes

So so fun!! I wasn’t sure if I was going to feel self-conscious, but Krista and the rest of the class just had a ton of fun and was super welcoming. Also, the changing area and showers were nice! Will definitely go back again!

    Bikram Yoga

I haven’t had a good class in a while because I haven’t practiced seriously for some time and keep getting stuck with militant teachers who guilt students into pushing too hard. Til tonight. Nacho is it. Thanks Nacho for reminding me why I love this practice.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

Loved the flow and the instructor for this class, she was awesome!! One of the best practices I’ve had in a while. Unfortunately the C1 class takes place after a hot yoga class and it was very warm in the room, so much so that I had to step out (I don’t so well with heat). Other than that it would’ve been (basically was) perfect. They provide locks (no charge) for the lockers and mat rentals are $2.
