see all reviewsI loved this instructor. She had a very authentic, warm and down-to-earth vibe. It’s clear she’s very knowledgeable and well-trained in yoga as a genuine practice. Great balance of athletic core-strengthening asanas and grounding, restorative meditative aspects, as well. I’ll be back and I hope she teaches more classes here!

The teacher was helpful with adjustments depending on level. Coming from no gymnastics experience, this class is great for anyone looking for a challenge.
