see all reviewsI came to the gym on my birthday to spin up a new dedication I have for myself this year and Gold's Gym, Downtown Los Angeles, CA was absolutely the perfect place to do this. Check In was simple, access to the locker room was really easy as was the steam room, pool and shower. I lifted weights, exercised on the stair climber, swam 20 laps, and relaxed in the steam room after my workout. I was super-pleased with the gym and the staff was not only informative but very kind as well. I recommend this gym to anyone toying with the idea to get back into working out. You'll thank me :)

see all reviewsJon was an amazing instructor! He is great at explaining how each movement and boxing technique should look and breaks it down in a way that is easy to digest. He paid really close attention and provided lots of encouragement as well as constructive feedback. The conditioning workouts were well paired with the dynamic exercises I had to perform, and it was overall a well-structured class. Had the privilege of taking this class myself but would like to see what a group class looks like.
