    Full Body Workout

    Great workout! The class feels like a non-stop personal training session with an athletic trainer, yet you're in a class setting. Lots of squats, lunges, push-ups, crunches, utilization of kettle bells in ways I've never thought of using them, sliders... basically a bomb full body workout. I'm sore as I'm typing this.

    HIIT

    Quaint training hallway, good outdoor work out, fresh air, gets the blood flowing. Great conditioning and mobility drills, great for off days or if you’re already sore. Not as intense as other circuits, crossfit, or trx. The gym is a nice space you may use before or after class to warm up, cool down, or do some additional training, weight lifting or cardio.
