    This class was really challenging and pushed me throughout, but I felt amazing at the end! I enjoyed that it was simplified into two rounds (20 minutes of treadmill and 20 minutes of weight training). That being said, I do wish that there was a stretch component built in for a few minutes at the end.

    SUNDAY CHURCH Power Hatha Flow

    Interesting and intimate space in an old house. Props and mats were there if needed. The flow was more intense as we held positions for 3-5 breaths. Mia provided gentle corrections. Breath work and meditation in the middle/end added some grounding to the flow. Overall I enjoyed it and would def return!
