    Intermediate - Dynamic Reformer Pilates

    Class: Reformer Pilates which was tailored to the class. Good mix of whole body 5* Instructor: was great and easy to follow. helpful with minor adjustments. 4.5* Gym: Good studio with clean equipment and showers. 4.5* Overall: class was good for intermediates and I would come back for more classes here.
