The sounds were so relaxing, and I am speaking on behalf of people who hate meditating and just can’t. parking can be a little bit tricky so watch out for reserved signs. They can be ignored during the night time when those competing businesses are closed. Plan ahead for parking. This is very beginner friendly class.
