    Different from typical yoga classes but in a good, challenging way. Not your typical flow sequence. Liked that there was time given at the end to do/try inversions. Better for intermediate yogis vs beginners in my opinion as lots of instructions to follow

    Rugged hardcore gym. Music could be louder, instructor a little more hands on. Didn’t really feel like a group class with the high energy you’d expect to motivate you to keep pushing. Very self led if you’re into that for group training.
