see all reviewsIt was my first class with Esther but I found her instructions (especially regarding prop use) really clear. It felt like she had done all the forward planning and thinking so that we had the luxury of melting into the yin and infelt really safe and held in this class. Esther navigated a pretty noisy venue downstairs really well by choosing soundtracks for our class that either blocked out or worked with the sound which helped me immensely. Esther gave really great hands on adjustments and I really appreciated that she double checked for consent throughout the class.
