    Hot Power Hour

Great hot yoga class. Exactly what I was looking for. Maria made me feel welcomed immediately! The class was a great flow with Frank Sinatra music, setting the perfect tone for the week. Also, the temp was not too hot which I appreciate!!

    Inferno Hot Pilates *Express*

Ok so Giola is a great instructor! She takes the time to show the moves and makes the necessary corrections. I loved the Express class. Hard as heck but you get the maximum workout within the allotted time. Perfect for my busy schedule.

    Hot Yoga 60

Patty sometimes says this about her students, but I return the compliment... an 11 out of 10! Patty’s a wonderful instructor. The studio is spacious. The men’s shower/ changing room is quite small. I wish the floors were not so cushiony. LGBT and diversity friendly atmosphere. Caring owners. A very good place to do yoga!

    Y6 Restore

LOVE Lisa’s classes and I love how knowledgeable she is about the body. Her restore classes are THE BEST. It’s a shame there were so many distractions during this particular class though that I have to leave a review. I have some feedback for the studio. I have noticed they allow people to trickle in super late. And it’s not fun when you have to move several times while you’re trying to find your inner peace to make room for the latecomers. Where I place my mat is where I expect to stay throughout the class. And as soon as class starts, I do not want to be interrupted by others trying to squeeze in. They should give a 5 min grace period like other studios do it. And to those who are sick, please don’t come to class and stay home until you are better. This woman was coughing non stop and made everyone around her so uncomfortable, three people walked out of class one by one because of her. It totally changed the dynamic of the class. I don’t blame those who left. She was coughing on all her equipment and wasn’t very discreet about it.
