see all reviewsEverything was great however I think the actual step equipment should be changed. I’m pretty sure at least about 4/5 people slipped (two fell on the ground). I’ve been to another fitness studio who’s also on classpass and their step didn’t move one bit.

Irfan welcomed me and did a lovely tour of the gym with me. We did a sequence of mobility checks plus height and weight check. Completed a full body workout in an hour covering 3 core machines and 3 different types of Standing exercises. Irfan increased the weight overtime throughout which challenged my muscles in such a positive way. Thank you so much, can’t wait for the next one! 😊
