Class was amazing as usual! It has been quite the experience to learn more about your body and how it moves. I appreciate Coach Jah for taking the time to support and make adjustments for those who need it. I also feel very welcomed when I come into Harlem Kettlebell Club. Coach Jah is helping me to be more confident in my abilities and growth in my strength training. Even when I go home, I am practicing the stance and moves so that form will improve. I even challenged myself towards the end to lift just a little more, and I was able to do it. I am proud of the work I'm doing and the progress I am making. I was very leery about my capabilities and capacity for this, but I find myself looking forward to every next class I attend. I am willing to make more of a commitment in the fall to go classes more than 2x a month.
