see all reviewsUsually I don’t care for this instructor much but today he was fine. The workout he put together was a tough one. Loved using the arm and leg bands. Tough 2nd tread block with high inclines + all outs. Love the total body format. Only complaint I ever have about Barry’s is the constant praise for sprinting at top speeds but complete disregard for safety. Cool you can run for 10 seconds at a 12/13/14 but if you can run that down and have to jump the rails you are going to hurt yourself. Wish the instructor would address it.
