This is the third time in a row that I haven’t been greeted nicely, no smiles or friendliness whatsoever upon checking in. And it surprises me because I’ve been coming here for almost a year using Classpass and have never experienced such attitudes. It almost felt like they’re being bias with Classpassers lately and only treat their members nicely. I’m not asking for special treatment, I’m not even here for their facilities but mainly for a spinning class that I always enjoy coming to, but a smile in the morning won’t hurt! Last time I came they didn’t even let us use their lockers by saying all the lockers were full (which were not, there were sooo many empty ones I’m telling you) so I just assumed maybe they were out of wristbands so whatever. But since this is the third time with the bias treatment, (with three different people at the reception each time!) and to think that I never did anything wrong, never came to class late, never used their facilities that are for members only, I really don’t know anymore. It’s just very unwelcoming. Only Al Quoz branch though. It’s a shame that my favorite instructor doesn’t teach other branches and I only come here for her.
