    Both the instructor, Derek, and the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Good mix of floor exercises (full body)and treadmill hills/sprints. As a first timer, I was a bit confused the first 4-5min as the instructor provided the instructions to the people who were on the treadmill as well the people who did the floor exercises. But once I listened carefully and I paid more attention to his instructions it was very easy to follow. I'll definitely go back to Barry's B.

    It was my first time in Franks class and she was great. Very engaging and made the effort to encourage people by name. General note about this class is its easy to run a little over if people are slow to transition from mat to treadmill. But MAN is the workout worth it!!
