    Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    This was a great class! You do 4 stations for 4 minutes each and rotate, and then do tabata type cardio intervals in between. A good mix of strength training and cardio to keep your heart rate up, Im definitely gonna be sore!
