    Gretta was an amazing introduction to Solidcore! I was honestly scared about how hard this workout would be based on reviews but she assured me I would be fine and she was so encouraging and helpful with her instructions and modifications. It’s definitely challenging but the foundations class was a great intro and seems good for all levels!
