    Triple Double

This studio is a gem and so is the owner, Brent. He provided a thorough intro to F45, explained the workout of the day and created a fun workout ambience for all. I loved the upbeat music and the videos on their displays that show you a real person doing the exercise for each station. If you’re looking for a great {and fun} workout, give it a shot.

    The Combo (55 Min)

Great class! It was only my second time at STRIDE but it was good energy. I dislike being in the front row though; I wish I could reserve a treadmill number via ClassPass. I also should’ve gotten there a bit early, as almost all the weights were taken so I had to grab a 5 lb and didn’t feel much resistance during the floor work.

Vinyasa at the Beach (OB Dog Beach)

I was really lucky to book an empty class and get a one on one session with Rex, who was super knowledgeable! I’m a beginner so he made sure to ease into the flow with very simple poses, then slowly worked up to where I felt comfortable doing more challenging poses towards the end. The whole session felt very intentional and I left feeling super grounded and refreshed.

    Intro to Bouldering

It's special to get to be outdoors. There is a lot of care and thought put in to create an accepting atmosphere. I find climbing intimidating and I felt safe to be a learner. Definitely worth visiting and supporting a person living their dream, offering their unique talents to the community.
