Ellen was awesome! First of all - so tough!!! But secondly she gave adjustments that helped push you to keep form or not give up, and they were actually helpful. We’ve all been there when an instructor is not getting that maybe today you need to modify or maybe you want that extra push and would love the encouragement ! She was the perfect balance of this and I actually really appreciated the nudge.

Such a great experience here! Light and airy studio. Jennifer was hands on and motivational. The class was killer and she offered tons of modifications. Only downside is no towels or water fill station. Will definitely be back- much prefer this teaching style to the screaming at Solidcore with all the crazy lights
