    Adrienne was warm and did a fantastic job of welcoming first timers by walking us through the studio, class structure, and treadmill. Amazing energy overall! Music can be quite loud so I would recommend bringing ear plugs!

    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.
