    RESET - 1/2 Active Flow & 1/2 Deep Stretch

Grace was wonderful as always! I really really enjoyed the active portion, it came together so well, and I felt so challenged. The way this class is split makes for the perfect combo of active and restorative yoga. Highly reccomend!

This was such a beautiful and welcoming space - Erin led such an awesome class. The flow was strength based (exactly what I was looking for). Kudos to Erin for keeping this a very fun class!

    Y6 Slow Flow

Love the mix of restorative and vinyasa! For context, I had just come from my regular morning pilates class and then took Dom’s Slow Flow on a whim. I was a little fatigued but I’m trying to push myself to build up my stamina and flexibility again, and I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much I could keep up with since I haven’t been practicing my yoga lately. Thanks for the lovely and invigorating class Dom! :)

    Circuit Training (All Levels)

Lovely studio! This time I tried a Circuit class, which was a nice workout, and was invited to stay for a free yoga class. 2 nice hours spent in a beautiful clutter-free space. The owner, Elizabeth, also took the first class and was very kind.

Vinyasa at the Beach (OB Dog Beach)

I was really lucky to book an empty class and get a one on one session with Rex, who was super knowledgeable! I’m a beginner so he made sure to ease into the flow with very simple poses, then slowly worked up to where I felt comfortable doing more challenging poses towards the end. The whole session felt very intentional and I left feeling super grounded and refreshed.

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Rachel greeted me at the desk. She was very kind and explained what the class was and what equipment was needed for the class. Before class started, she had a playlist going. I ended up singing a few of the tracks while we waited for the class to begin. At any rate, if you are new to Hot Yoga, this is great for beginners. This class is a combination of moderate intensity, but you go at your own pace. The heat level was definitely tolerable.I did not feel like I was going to pass out at all but I enjoyed a good sweat.I enjoyed that my limbs were warm enough to get through the warm up and complete the workout. It was challenging, but not to the point you felt like giving up. She explained some moderations for those who needed it.

    Intro to Bouldering

It's special to get to be outdoors. There is a lot of care and thought put in to create an accepting atmosphere. I find climbing intimidating and I felt safe to be a learner. Definitely worth visiting and supporting a person living their dream, offering their unique talents to the community.
