FOCUS - Slow & Strong Flow

Cool class, using the blanket as a prop. My favorite part was pairing up with our neighbor for a partner-exercise with the block. That was really cool. More of that please! :) lovely set up. Good vibe. Thank you much!

What an amazing class and teacher! Very radiant, strong and knowledgeable in her teaching. I loved the hands on adjustments with essential oil. Probably one of the best classes I’ve taken in a while. Nice music, tempo and cues for a great restorative/yin class.

    Vinyasa Flow (Level 1/2)

Jillian is clearly a really thoughtful and experienced instructor with knowledge of safe alignment and form. Her pace and cueing were consistent and her sequence was original and included every part of my body that wanted to be engaged or stretched today. Really wonderful class and I’d recommend her class to any experienced or new practitioner.

    Vinyasa 2

I wish I could give Rex six stars. This is his space and he’s made it sacred. He is so passionate about yoga, you can just get high on his energy. I’ve done a butt-ton (over 25 years without ever advancing beyond novice - but isn’t that the thing about yoga? We all are practicing) but Rex had asanas I’d never considered, adjustments that were so nuanced and intelligent, this 57 year old body feels like it just had a tune up! It’s not hot yoga but his space os comfortably warm, it’s not vinyasa but it also won’t stress your body (but it will work ). I love all these types of yoga but right now I’m in that post-yoga euphoria that isn’t so common. Highly recommend giving his new studio a try.

    Journey Into Power

Really really loved the instructor Michelle. With this studio they don’t have mirrors which is interesting and different. It is a heated class which adds a level of intensity. The studio itself is really cute but the location not so much. It’s downtown so lots of homeless folks to deal with on the way there. They do validate parking and there’s a parking garage right by the studio so that’s nice. Would recommend to try out one time!
