RESET - Gentle Restorative Flow Yoga

Yoga Deck is such a nice space. I enjoyed this class and plan on returning. I liked that it was slow and relaxing but that there was also some challenging parts and core engagement as well. It was a little different from other yoga classes I've taken, and I enjoyed going in not knowing what to expect. 5/5.

Instructor was Andre and he is consistently good. His instructions are clear he speaks well and I like that he walks around the class to keep an eye on the students postures. It’s a perfect space with plenty of windows so it’s nice and bright. Lots of street parking which I don’t use since I walk but that is usually something that I look for. They have blocks, blankets, weights, straps and other stuff to assist you in your practice. I would definitely recommend Yoga On C!

    Journey Into Power

Really really loved the instructor Michelle. With this studio they don’t have mirrors which is interesting and different. It is a heated class which adds a level of intensity. The studio itself is really cute but the location not so much. It’s downtown so lots of homeless folks to deal with on the way there. They do validate parking and there’s a parking garage right by the studio so that’s nice. Would recommend to try out one time!
