see all reviewsI think this would be a great class to transition into Pilates if you’re confident in your strength and mobility, or already do similar exercises. The studio is lovely and everyone in the class was very kind. I don’t think I’d recommend it for true beginners like myself as it moves pretty quick and I didn’t have the strength to execute some of the exercises ( not much in the way of modifications). It’s not the class to jump into with no foundation , but I’d come back after I build up strength!

It’s gorgeously styled inside with high ceilings. The teacher Sahar was super chill and knowledgeable. I will be back. plan to stop at nicholas restaurant next door for falafel afterward!
