    Hot Power Hour

Great hot yoga class. Exactly what I was looking for. Maria made me feel welcomed immediately! The class was a great flow with Frank Sinatra music, setting the perfect tone for the week. Also, the temp was not too hot which I appreciate!!

    Candlelight Yin (New Location)

I haven’t felt this great about a yoga class in a long time... this was such a special experience. Ryan is a great instructor - I will definitely be booking more of his classes in the future! A good workout, nice, deep stretches. Highly recommend.

    Inferno Hot Pilates *Express*

Ok so Giola is a great instructor! She takes the time to show the moves and makes the necessary corrections. I loved the Express class. Hard as heck but you get the maximum workout within the allotted time. Perfect for my busy schedule.

    Hot Yoga 60

Patty sometimes says this about her students, but I return the compliment... an 11 out of 10! Patty’s a wonderful instructor. The studio is spacious. The men’s shower/ changing room is quite small. I wish the floors were not so cushiony. LGBT and diversity friendly atmosphere. Caring owners. A very good place to do yoga!

    HOT Vinyasa

Beginner friendly. Was warm not hot so if you’re afraid of trying put hot yoga its good for you. The heaters weren’t strong enough and maybe the class should ve been heated before the practice. I personally am a comfortable level 2, trying level 3 so I prefer super hot classes.

    Y6 Restore

LOVE Lisa’s classes and I love how knowledgeable she is about the body. Her restore classes are THE BEST. It’s a shame there were so many distractions during this particular class though that I have to leave a review. I have some feedback for the studio. I have noticed they allow people to trickle in super late. And it’s not fun when you have to move several times while you’re trying to find your inner peace to make room for the latecomers. Where I place my mat is where I expect to stay throughout the class. And as soon as class starts, I do not want to be interrupted by others trying to squeeze in. They should give a 5 min grace period like other studios do it. And to those who are sick, please don’t come to class and stay home until you are better. This woman was coughing non stop and made everyone around her so uncomfortable, three people walked out of class one by one because of her. It totally changed the dynamic of the class. I don’t blame those who left. She was coughing on all her equipment and wasn’t very discreet about it.

    In Person- Vinyasa Flow

This was a truly an awesome experience. I feel that my yoga practice improved by going to this class, because there are some great adjustments and explanations provided. Victoria has a great teaching style and energy. I like the studio a lot, it’s no frills and it has really good energy. It also felt like I reset my whole body. Cherry on top - a little massage during Shavasana! I recommend this class!

Really nice studio, new and nice equipment, the routine was good. Room was not that hot and the routine not that hard, but can keep foot weights on the whole time to make it harder

This place is amazing! The owner and the teaches are very big on inclusivity and making people feel comfortable and worthy in their space. The class was challenging but everyone is encouraged to do their best. The studio was cute and so were the clothes they sell in their shop. I look forward to practicing here often.
